Our three cats have all enjoyed this (freakishly realistic) fish toy. The pattern is a photo of a fish printed on a sturdy canvas-like material. The tail fin has some give to it, which is genius. Both people and cats can toss the thing by the tail fin and it flops realistically. The size is generous, too. Our youngest and our oldest both like to put this toy in a bear hug and kick the life out of it. Middle cat seeks it out too, um, sit on it. The catnip scent to me is not as strong as some other toys, but that cats were after the shipping envelope the minute we brought it into the house. We also find the fish in different places every morning and have for over two weeks. This one's a winner, and I have already bought another and sent off to my cat's cousin

Love this fishy! Cats love it too. I find it in different places all over the house. Looks kind of like a real fish and cracks us up. I’m am a crazy cat lady who tries to keep it in check. If I didn’t have kids, I’d have way more than 2 cats. Had cats my entire life and I’m old-ish. Sharing this so you know that my review is worthy. Giving to friends with cats this Christmas.

My cats love this fish! It's big enough for them to hold with their front paws and kick with their back paws which seems to be their favorite way to attack the Saury. It is nice and soft and stuffed really well. When I opened the package it came in I was impressed with how strong the catnip smell was, it must have a good amount of nip inside. Before I could get it completely out of the package one of my cats came running over and jumped up and grabbed the Saury and took off with it!! I knew right then it was going to be a favorite in our house. All 4 of my kitties recommend the catnip Saury. What a great toy!!

My cat Sheila loves this. She was asleep when I put it next to her, but then she woke up, she was playing with this for a long time. She even brought it to her bed.
